Breathing into the night
Thinking about what has just taken place
You still see the sight
And you feel like you are in a race
You hear the voice
You still feel the warmth
You remember the happiness
As well as you remember the past
You wish you could be together
With one last chance
You prayed a prayer
You stretch out your arms
You wish you were together
That one last time
How you want things to be different
How you would speak
And how you would listen
We need to make the best Of each moment good or bad
